I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Institute for Fiscal Studies working on topics in public and labor economics. My work largely pertains to tax compliance and tax administrative issues in both developed and developing country settings.
I study tax administrative issues such as non-compliance penalty rates, tax preparers, and tax haven usage. My interests also extend more broadly to applying microeconomic and econometric methods to learning about social issues, such as gender and homelessness.
Prior to moving to London, I completed my PhD in the beautiful Berkeley, California. Before then, I lived in Manhattan and Reims, France, where I finished my undergraduate degrees.
